Some Zoa's are white

I recently added a small frag of zoa's and a couple of the heads have turned white. This is when they are open. Why? Could my leds be too bright?

Yes, I would think this would be a lighting issue. The zoo bacteria is dying off. Try decreasing the amount of light somehow.

You're lighting might be alot more intense then where they were previously set up. Try decreasing the hours of light exposure per day. I would try 4 hours of light a day for 2-3 days, and then increase an hour every other day or somthing like that. What I suggest may be conservative, but when I switch to a new bulb, I run a schedule like that for a week or so to acclimate my corals to the "new" bulb.

This is actually one of the more aggressive light acclimations I have heard of. I would lengthen this to 2 weeks.

It is not something they will get used to with out decreasing the hours per day to light is on? Will I have to do this for every new coral I add?

Probably not. Some corals are more light sensitive than others.
