a couple wierd things that came with rock!
ok i have a 10 gallon tank curently cycling with 11lbs live haitian rock! i was looking at it yesturday and noticed one of those tube plants with is a good thing right? and i also noticed like little shrimp! very small! and a couple lil worm looking things! i feel dumb for asking lol but just making sure there not harmful! ps im new to saltwater!

Probably tube work, harmless filter feeders, i love them! And the shrimp could be anything witout a pic, probably a pistol shrimp, can you hear cracking sounds at night?

no silent! but there very very small! like 15 coulb fit on my finger nail! i herd something about maby pods?

Agree with sugar on the pod. At night when lights are out they should infest the rockwork!
As far as the tubing, is it white or green? If it is green it could be a macroalgae and if white then it is likely what Robs said

The worms could be spaghetti worms. Harmless cleaners. They also could be bristle worms or peanut worms. Also good cleaners. Try to post some pics of them if you can.

Yellow legs sounds more like a cirratulid worm. (harmless) Check this out.
