Black ich effect inverts?

I set up a qt. finally after battling various disease. Should have listened. Anyway I have my tang and puffer in a qt and I know I need to keep my dt clear of fish for a couple months. What about the critters? Can they stay in the dt for the time?

Inverts aren't really necessary in a QT, due to the fact that most Fish Meds Kill Inverts.

I meant can they stay in my dt. Cause u need two months with no possible host for for the parasite. Was just wondering if the parasite can effect the inverts

They should be fine in the DT, The Ich should Die out in 6-10 weeks, even with inverts in the DT.
