Neptune AC III Questions
Anybody lurking here that has experience adding or modifying states using an Aqua Controller III?
I am having problems getting the changes to be 'saved'. When I go back to review them they are back to the original values. there is no 'save' menu option, the only way I can see to get out of the menu is to select the ->Exit/Cancel option. I am not sure if this does an 'Exit and Save' or an 'Exit and Cancel' but it appears that it does a Cancel. If anyone can share some knowlege, please shoot me a PM or post a reply here, thanks. Are you tryingto codeit from the display? I would try using a PC. A lot easier. Check out the Neptune forum here for some more help.

Are you definitely in the "modify state" menu?

I have been trying to get access via aquanotes but it says the AC is not found. I can loginto it via my web browser from the same PC that has aqua notes?!! But there are no options to actually make any changes from the browser, just display the timers, which reflect what I have setup, and it shows the programs, which are all the states that are defined, whihc are none now because I can not figure out how to get any of it to 'save'.
I must have been in the modify state menu becasue I modified the values. I was able to select and change all of the parms. Now that I have manually deleted all of them from the delete state menu, when I go to the add state and add the new criteria, again, the only way out of the menu is to select the Exit/Cancel option. I have tried to let it sit for an hour to see if it would time out and exit the menu - no luck. I am going to reboot the PC and reacttch the AC to the network tonight. Then see what is displayed when I login to it via the ip address. I thought the hardest aprt was going to be getting the network setup! |
