Ati t5 fan issue

I Have a 5 ft T5 fixture with 10 bulbs ( 3 yrs Old)that the fans stopped working after moving it .

Any suggestions or contact info would be appreciated!!

if I knew how to contact them maybe they could help????

I have it hanging from ceiling and should have checked it before they hung it!!
