New tank low Alk and cal

I set up a 40 breeder a month ago and I have tested the water a few times and it seems as I was nearing the end of the cycle, so I decided to test all my levels and my cal is 350, Alk is 6.3, and mag is 1320. Should I bump those up? I remember reading that some things take up Alk and cal and when they die they release it back into the system. Could that be why the levels are so low? Also the tank was set up with natural sea water. If I should bump it up I'd use b ionic for both parts.

check your levels in the natural seawater. if its higher alc/calc/mag, do a 20%+ water change to bring them up, or dose if you want.
