Loose bottom trim

I bought a used 20 long from a local reefer last night. The tank is only a year or so old. I was inpecting it last night and noticed that a small section of the bottom black trim ( about 4" in length) was a little bit loose. ie. I can pull it away from the glass frame a little bit. Will this effect the tanks structural integrity? Should I sillicone it? Replace the entire tank?

Thanks!
