Clean up crew help

Hi guys i am new to the salt water setup so here is my question hope someone can help. I went to work today to come back to my tank covered in brown lol I was thinking about going out this weekend to start my clean up crew. The question I have is what's the best and how much do I need I have a a 25 gallon Kent bio reef with live sand and live rock. My nitrite is 0 my ph is 8.3 my salinity is 1.026 and ammonia is in-between 0 and 0.25ppm and lastly my nitrate is in between 0 and 5.0 ppm so is this ok cause I don't want my brown substance getting out of control any help would be great.

Craig

its ok to add them for the water quality is quite good, and youv completed the "water cultivation" during the first month that ensures the bio system stable…my advice is to add some sturdy biont

Add a few snails, the brown though is normal and it will likely pass (if it is diatoms which it likely is)

I added 3 trochus, and 3 astrea snails just as the brown was starting and they have handled it well (40gal 5 weeks old) now the green is starting... doubt they will do much with it.
