What to feed corals? Zoa, lps

I have a 10 gal lps and zoa tank. Should I feed my corals? What should I feed them?

Anything. Seriously. Fish poop. Fish food. Cyclopeeze.

If you have no fish, then I'd say feed occasionally (once a week TOPS). With fish, I probably wouldn't feed at all. Not in a tank that small.

I feed my LPS frozen mysis, spirulina brine, or NLS pellets. My zoas I feed cylclopeeze, and when I do I feed some to my LPS as well.

http://www.reefnutrition.com/roti_feast.html <-- I have had good results with this stuff. I started about a month ago target feeding my zoa's small amounts every 2 days. One of my zoa colonies has doubled (However that was not the only thing I changed) So it could be a combination, I started using the Red Sea reef colors program as well.
