Need help with PAR meter
I am getting the Apogee PAR meter for my birthday.The one with the external sensor on a cord. I'll put it in the tank and take a reading. So what exactly am I looking for?

You will record the numbers at different levels. You can use it to determine when lamps need replaced, and if you are getting enough par.
