Video of strange creature in my tank - Need ID

Just when you think you know everything in your tank. This showed up in this spot today. It was not their earlier today as it is almost right above my pistol shrimps cave and I was looking for him this morning like always.

It is about 3/4" long soft white body with what almost looks like a very small feather duster head that comes out and retracts from the end. Appears to be searching.

And yes....I have a lot of pods

I took this with my GoPro and the battery was almost dead os I only got a minute. I may recharge the camera and put it in the tank for a close up.
