Can 150w mh bleach sps?

I know 150w Isn't that powerful, but can it still bleach certain sps?

It can. For example, if you bought an sps on the bottom of a t5 or mh tank, and placed it close by the 150w, it might bleach it. This can happen with any lighting system. You should always acclimate yours corals to your lighting. Start from the bottom and later, find its sweet spot.
