New AI Sol Super Blues - one led not working

I purchased 3 Sol units with controller and they were delivered on Thursday. I was able to install them today and so far I like what I see. However, one of the fixtures has a blue led that is not working. This one unit is also is not matching the other two in color.

Has anyone had this experience? These are supposed to be one of the top of the line companies/units and I wouldn't expect this to be typical.

Any suggestions? Thoughts?

Thank.

Scott

Sometimes mine has different colors as well. It's almost like you need to reset it. What I do is I turn to "Set Mode", then I select "Manual", after it cycles to this, the colors should realign, the go to "Select Mode" again, and select "Auto" to return it to your programmed cycle. Should do the trick. If the puck that is out doesn't come back on, then contact AI. They should either replace the whole unit, or at least replace the bad puck.

I figured that I would post a few photos os the led that is not working...

You can tell in the photo below that one of the three optics is not lit up

You can see in this next photo that all three are lit in the group next to it

I have received a call from where I bought them from and I have submitted a support ticket with AI. Hopefully we can get this resolved quickly and painlessly. It would to just receive a new unit to replace since that one units colors look to be off from the others. I guess this could be due to the one led not working but doesnt seem like it would be.

I will let you know what I find out.
