Has anyone replaced a fan in this light?
I recently got this light and one of the fans is really loud. I was hoping to replace it. Has anyone had any experience with it? Can any silent computer fan work? I opened it up and the fan is 120 mm and connected with just two wires. Any help is appreciated.

No clue what fixture that is, plenty of fixtures look like that.
In my Odyssea fixture (simialr to yours) the fan was 120v not 12v. So a simple computer fan won't work, you'll need the 120v. |

I received it with a CADlight 50G cube set up. And you are correct, I just looked at the fan and it is 120V.

There are afew 120v fans to choose from, but I think most 120v fans are noisy when compared to a 12v pc fan.
If you want to run a 12v pc fan, just gut out the 120v wiring, take a old phone charger and wire up a pc case fan off of that. |

I have the same light and that thing is LOUD. I have to turn it off when clients come into my office. There are a few fans made for gaming computers that are 120 volts. But I was told that they are all fairly loud. I'm tagging along just in case someone has a solution.
