Check your brass backflow valve. Mine was sticking and caused to much resistance for the c02

Yes, but I think it needs to come from you.
What is the setup? Are you sure you still have CO2?

yes co2 is still above 50psi tank pressure
i have an old two chamber east coast aquariums calcium reactor i reversed the flow and made it an upflow reactor the right side of the soleniod there is a knob that controls the amount of co2 allowed to exit the soleniod and to the first chamber of the co2 reactor it seems to be closed everytime this happens

Needle valve either needs to be cleaned or replaced. I am guessing it works for a few days then the gas seems to have just stopped, you open up the needle valve and it begins working for a few days, then stops again? If this is what is happening, it is the needle valve that is causing the problems. I would either replace it with a better quality one, or better yet replace it with the Aquarium Plants electronic add on box. Problem will be solved permanently with the AP electronic box.

If the gauges are ok, and they usually are, you just need the add on box. Yes they are not cheap but they work flawlessly and never again will you have to mess with a needle valve. Even the high dollar needle valves will need to be replaced at some point.
