Cooling fans

Does anyone have a good cooling fan they can recommend. I have a 75 gallon tank and 20 gallon sump

Any computer fan will work well. My current favorite is the Noctua NFP12. 54 CFM of air at 20 dB, nearly silent.

I have them mounted onto an aluminum rack I built for my reflectors, there are 2 pointed downwards at the water switched on by my ApexJr. My sump in my stand is pretty sealed for noise, so there is not enough airflow for cooling.

The larger fans will tend to move more air quieter, and most can be run at reduced power to further quiet them. I think it was silent PC review? that tesed fans, you can google it for all the tests they did measuring airflow and dB

A couple other fine choices: Blue LED Silent Fan 120mm (19dBA, 90 CFM) and Silenx IXP7414 iXtrema Pro Fan - 120mm x 25mm, 14dBA, 72CFM (14dBA, 72 CFM)

Check out a simple clip on house fan, one of the little 9" guys over the sump does wonders.
