Angry Just went to my LFS to buy my radions and....

So after 6 months of saving up money for 2 radions i finally reached my goal! i got in the car and headed over to my LFS thats hooking me up. i get there and guess what!?! the owner was not there for the day and the order couldnt be placed until he comes back. the other workers said i can leave the money but no order will be placed until he returns. ha fat chance. lol as much as i love this store theres no point in leaving 1,500 in cash without placing a order. so now i have to wait till after the weekend.

Or just be patient and support your lfs before online sales take them out of business. With attitudes like yours, before long none of us will have any lfs.

congrats for at least saving up enough to buy them with cash instead of doing what me and the rest of credit hungry america does...its a problem. good for you.

funny thing is that by the time you get to the LFS to order them, a newer fixture will be out

Patience is one thing i've definitely learned in this hobby. Great job saving up. I agree with krjackso big time. A week end is hardly a long wait. I wish you luck.

The low quality and ich filled tanks from my lfs force me to go online. I could care less about having a lfs when online has much better quality along with much better prices. The sooner they go out of business, the better.

While it sucks that your lfs is so poor, many are not. And its much easier to get emergency items on a weekend even at a poof lfs than the non existant online retailer. Be carefule what you wish for.

There was a huge thing last Thanksgiving where ecotech was enforcing MAP pricing.
