Which Corals under my light fixture? Link Included

Can i have sps, lps, only softies? Also i believe its sufficient light for an anemone but i just want to be sure! Ive included a link to the fixture. I have it over a 29 gallon tryvu cube.

Is the oc just not strong enough lighting? It's 130 watts over a 18 inch deep tank? I'm not trying to argue just trying to educate myself! Thanks for the help

I would say no to nearly all SPS, clams and anemones, except at the very top of the tank. LPS near the top should be okay and most soft corals anywhere in the tank. Compact Florescent lighting just doesn't have much penetrating power.
