Lighting Problem!

Hi, I have a 48" Jalli A27 light fixture with 2- 250w MH and 2- 54w T5 with 2 Electronic ballast 1 runs the 2 T5's + 1 MH the other just runs the other MH.
My PROBLEM is that the 2 T5's don't turn on. Im not sure if its a wiring problem or the ballast of what, any idea's????

Im running these lights on my 75g which I'm just starting to build up. If it came down to not finding or solving the problem with the T5's can I run only MH's?

I would think 250w would be enough for most corals with high light corals like SPS on the top half of the tank. The t5 would help for extra color rendering like using actinics in the t5 or something.

I currently have 500w's of MH's working. What kind o light cycle would you run with only MH?
