noisy reeflow dart pumps

Hi all, my first post. I have 2 reeflow dart pumps and had them for about two and a half years and both have become noisy (sounds like the bearings). I have taken the impeller off and run it (and it still runs noisy) but can't get into the bearings, how do I get the case off and does anybody know where I can get the seals from in the uk,

Thanks

Glenn

Is it a squeaky sound? Check the pump shaft between the motor and impeller housing. There is a rubber washer on there designed to prevent any leaking liquid from creeping along the drive shaft into the motor. On my dart it had moved over and was rubbing against the pump. I recentered and the noise went away.
