Tomato Clown Fanning

Hi Guys,
I purchased a pair of breeding clownfish today and the female is cleaning a spot in the corner of my aquarium. It's on the bottom, right down to the glass. She has been working on this corner since I put her in there. My question is should I put a piece of pvc where she is cleaning or will this mess it up. If not whats the best way to get the eggs off the glass. The aquarium I got her out of had a clay pot that she would nest on, I have a similar clay pot in mine but the two are paying no attention to it. Any advice would be appreciated since I am new to breeding. I would take a picture but the aquarium is dark, because I just put them in there a couple of hours ago.

Thank you.

my clarkii dont pay attention to the clay pot. they hide behind it all day. but when they lay and sleep they go in the pot.

if they laid on the pot before with the last owner, they will do the same for you.
