Need help - lights out

I'm not sure if this is a true emergency, but I feel like it is and am kind of freaking out! I just added a BTA and a couple of fish, and after I transferred them into the tank, my lights wouldnt come back on. I have 2-65w PC bulbs with an older CustomSeaLife PC ballast. I'm guessing the ballast finally gave out, but I'm concerned about my new additions. Can I get a replacement ballast at home depot or a lfs? Anyone have advice on what to do with my tank until I get the lights fixed? Thanks in advance for any help!

Your fish won't care. BTA will be okay for a few days.
