No no no !
I had these lights on a nano for about a year. Terrible results ! No growth algie problems ! Switched to Ecotech Radions and all issues were gone! Save yourself the headache and buy a reputible LED ! There is a big thread on here all about chineese leds. Good luck |

Look at the Chinese led thread for more info on these. I've had mine for a month and I love it. Already some growth from my softies, and my clams and SPS love it. Lots of people just ordered and also have positive experiences. Algae problems that mysteriously went away with a Radion? Radion's have green and red leds in them that would favor algae growth over a traditional blue/white setup, so I'm calling BS on that. |

Most products you buy are from china anyways, and there are some really good quality products.
I am all about brand name products but those guys add a pretty damn good amount to the final price, compared to its initial cost. I need 6 if not 8 IA fixtures thats $2500 - $3500 compared to maybe 4-6 of those which i can get for about $600 - $800. My point of view is i'll give it a shot and worest case scenario i'll always be able to sell them for that price to some locals.

Would one of these units be enough for a 65g tall softie tank?
