Vacuuming Sandbed help

Should i Vacuum the Sandbed if i have a Mandarin. I figured it would suck up any Copepods. I do have a refugium. Any thoughts

I've had a mandarin before and vacuumed the sand. My bed is between 1 - 2" deep. You should be fine, just don't do too much at a time. Plus, you don't want to stir too much junk in the sand Iif you haven't vacuumed it in a while) from doing too big an area.

I wouln't. Does your mandarin eat anything other than those pods? It could very well just be a "species" tank. JMO.
