GFO --> Carbon or Carbon --> GFO in reactor

I posted this in my local forum as well but would like to get a wider range of opinions. I was going to get a dual chamber reactor from BRS but ive had people come up to me personally and tell me its not worth it and that they clog. So i bought another one of Two Little Fishies reactors since i had one already. Im running a maxi 900 right now and am most likely going to piggyback them to not have to add another pump. Whats the best way to set them up. Carbon first then going to GFO or should i put the GFO first and then go out to the Carbon?

Obviously the GFO is supposed to only barely "tumble" so that would be the gauge as to how much flow i should be setting it to.

dont run them in line but have a T, one side goes to one and the other side to the other that way you can control them independently. If you run them inline then one still can and will effect the other. Actually I suggest a Y not a T as it has less flow restriction, marinedepot carries a wide range of sizes for Y's and T's.
