Need your Opinions!
Ok so I am in the planning stages for building a 180 gallon sometime down the road. I was wondering what is your guys opinions for the overflow system? I currently have a 700gph glass holes on my 90 gallon now and really like it. However its the only overflow system I have used and can't really make a comment on the others which is what I need from you guys. Do you guys prefer the built in overflows? Why? Or do you prefer the kit type overflows ie:glass holes, bean animal, etc...and why?

I have used many overflows over the years, the Glass Holes is actually my favorite, the in tank footprint is very small, it can be made quiet and has adequate flow. If you like the 700 gph one, use it on the 180, there is no reason not to. The Bean and Herbie are great for silence and would be good as well. With my back glass painted black, you cannot even see the GH overflow.

I too like the GH because it leaves such a small footprint in the tank. That was going to be my next question if the 700gph would be big enough for flow on a 180.
