Approve/critique my sump build please

Please see the attached photo.

I am building a 16x12x16 so a square that's 12" high, 16" long and wide.

I want the drain chamber to have some live rock in it, the next chamber will hold my skimmer, the next chamber will be the fuge, and the next dedicated chamber for return pump.

Can you critique this design? How should I baffle / position the glass for flow into each chamber etc.

THANKS
