Waterchange with salt with lower kh.
If your salt has equal or higher kh, waterchanges would only keep level even or raise it.

I had to buy new salt with low kh to lower mine as my stock is small and it takes a long time for kh to drop naturally.

How high is it? How did it get so high? What else is going on with the tank?

KH can go really really high before it gets dangerous. In most cases it's best just to let it fall on it's own.
