Return Pump for a 72 gallon

I have a bow 72 gallon w/ sump, need a return pump. Not sure what to get, was thinking about a Mag 7, but read reviews that they're a bit loud. Any suggestions for a quieter pump that does the same job?

I can't hear my mag 9 at all. Even if i turn off my skimmer, vortechs, and light fixture fans. Maybe the mag 7 is different, but I doubt it.
