Possible to Make 29G Rimless
I just received a regular 29G tank and all equipment I need for free. My question is while I'm doing a major cleaning can a run of the mill 29G tank be used if I take the rim off or will it destroy the tank?
Thanks for all the help on here guys, Mitch

I suppose you could take off the top frame and add eurobracing or silicone a pane of glass in the middle to the front and back panes like the plastic frames on larger tanks do.

No, you cannot remove the frame but as posted above the frame could be removed if you added another type of support.
