AquaC Remora HOB Skimmer Maintenence?
I been having my skimmer running for a little over 5 months and I'm wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with this skimmer and could give me in sight of how to do maintenence and how often it is required? Thanks in advance..

I only clean the inside of the collection cup every few days. You can take out that little white screw with the collection cup off and put that long cleaning tool inside that hole just to make sure their is nothing clogged in there. There is no other maintenance on the Remora

Just clean the cup. Take special care to really clean the riser tube to the cup with hot, hot water. This seems to make the skimmer collect the most foam.

Yeah I clean the collection cup every 2-3 days. I always wondered about the white screw but haven't removed it yet. Afraid of when I put it back I'll have it either to tight or to lose. But I just might have to, I'm sure it probably needs it. Would I need to drain the water out or can I just do it while it's hang on?
