It looks like Jelly
Can some one inform me on what this is and if it will do any harm to my tank? It's right above my candy cane coral on the rock.

It's most likely a sponge of some sort. (harmless)

Agree: harmless/benign (and cool looking) sponge. Very nice coloration of corralline on the rocks.

Thanks for the help. Not sure what I did but corralline algae took off in my tank. The other side of my tank is covered in it.
