T-5 Light on E-bay

Was thinking about purchasing one of these two lights on e-bay for a 90 gallon FOWLR tank. Has anyone purchased these lights? Can't beat the price. And I know you get what you pay for. Have you looked at fishneedit or Catalina lights? That's my advice for a fowlr. Catalina has a 3bulb t5ho for $130 I think. The catalina black solars have the same ballasts as TEK but they are $225.
