How did it move? Did you creep up on it and it moved away from your hand? Or it's moving but stationary?

It looks like the beginnings of a bubble anemone. I had a couple of those sprout up in my older tank a couple of years ago. I kept one and it turned out to be a anemone. I may be wrong because mine looked more red.

Anemone or some type of polyp. They will move to find the right location of light and water flow that suits them.

Usually if it moves then its a giveaway for anemone. I guess time will tell.
