what is a good light cycle to follow?

I have a 150 gallon tank. It has 3-250 watt halides and 4-96 watt actinics. What would be the proper light cycle for this setup. Mostly soft corals and anenomes , frog spawn, hammer coral. No hard corals yet. Still a lot to learn on getting stabilized water. Nitrates are really kicking my butt right now. Anyways, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd run the halides for 6-8 hours max and run actinic supplement lighting for an hour or two before and after. Try starting with less hours and gradually add more hours and see if anything s negatively effected by the increase.
