Flatworm?

I'm assuming this is a flat worm and I don't know if I should grab it while it's stuck to the glass or not. Can someone help? Also, I have all these tiny little white things swimming around and on the glass. It's almost impossible to get a picture of them because they are so small, but you can see them next to the worm in this picture.

Hopefully someone can help before it disappears.

White things are pods, the worm could be a flat worm or a stomatella snail? Does the work have a flat shell on it's back.

If' your really worried take him out, it won't hurt anything to remove him.

How much deeper would the ocean be if it didn't have sponges?

Nope, no shell. I didn't take it out and it disappeared. Since it does seem like a flat worm, do I need to remove it if I see it again? Do I need to do anything about the pods?

I looked up a stomatella snail and I do believe I have one of those in there as well based on the Google pictures I found. From what I read, they are reef safe so I guess he can stay.

Don't do anything about the pods.

So if it's not a flatworm, does anyone know what it might be?
