lighting for acro tank set up

Hi

Been in the hobby for 2 years now and really have my heart set on doing a tank dedicated to acropora. I currently have an Aqua Medic ocean light with 2 x 150 watt halides and 2 x 54 watt 450 nm blue T5's. Would that light be fine for acro's to grow well? my tank is 4x2x2

Also what flow should I be running through my sump/refuge? currently have 3500 litres on the return pump.
