help sump question

Hi someone recently hired me to do maintenance on their 150 gallon tank with a small sump below. The sump is layed out with return section leading into a sock where there is also a skimmer. The water flows in that way and through the skimmer over a baffle through a sponge and into the return section where there is an auto top off and also a phosban reactor.

My questions are, how often and when am i supposed to change out the phosban and also when do I change out that sponge that is inbetween baffles located after the skimmer. I heard the socks should be changed out whenever they are full of enough gunk that the water clogs and flows over it rather than through it. Thanks for the help.

I have the same setup (Eshopps). Sock and sponge gets cleaned once a week before a WC, GFO replaced monthly.
