EcoSmart Utility Software Bugged?

Does anyone have 2 radions and when having them powered both on connect to USB and the software goes "querying for devices" forever with no result?

My radions show up individually and let me reset but anytime I plug with both of them on "querying device" goes on forever and get stuck.

I talked to the guys at support, they let me do an exchange on one of them (very nice customer service) that they thought might have an issue with RF module. Today I got my new set and guess what... the problem persist.

Is this my computer? I was using win 7 and I tried with win XP and still the same problem. I tried turning off antivir and run the software as admin, still same issue...

My radions are working fine, sync is okay since I only have to manually press control on one of them to have them both do the same thing. Just that software guys. Anyone with the same issue?
