Worms

I noticed in my 3-month old tank that the rock in my Refug contains worm-looking critters with legs. They remind me of roaches in terms of how them scamper around that rock. These critters are pretty small (less than 1/4 inch in length).

Should I be concerned? If so, is there a fish I should keep in my Refug to manage these critters?

It's probably some kind of amphipod or maybe munnid isopods. Harmless detrivores.
