One random question, how do bend the flipper blade so that it is straight? Mine is bent

We haven't had any bend, so we don't want to offer bad advice that might make it worse and scratch your tank. They do sell replacement blades, though.

Hi again, Rockys_Pride. We wanted to follow up to post a response the manufacturer sent us you may find useful.



"I noticed on the Reef central Marine depot forum that someone asked how to straighten a bent Flipper blade.

On occasion, the blades can have a mild curve to them so that they may scrape on the edges or the middle but not the full width if the blade.
If the blade is not perfectly straight, then the customer can give it a slight bend as shown in the picture.

However, if the blade becomes bent with use by jamming it into corners etc, then it's time for a new blade

We will replace any blade for free if it is a manufacturing defect or the customer just isn't happy. We like to keep our customers happy."
