Flatworms in DT

Note: Meant QT In title.

Hey all, so I have my QT tank running for some time now. I also have an order coming in from liveaquaria, problem is I just spotted 2 flatworms. Anything I can do? Any negatives of going ahead and placing my fish in the DT with the flatworms? Thanks, sorry for the newbie question.

They don't bother the fish but I would still do a flatworm exit treatment before the fish arrive.

ONe thing with flatworms controling your nutrients. I had faltworms as well and manually siphoned them out daily for about 3 weeks. Anytime i would see one i would siphon them out. its more of a PITA to do but works. I see a few here and there in my DT but nothing big. You have to control the population and once you do that they wont have enough to sustain. Just my .02 from my experience with th devils.
