Spots on the back wall

So ive noticed that im developing some spots on the back wall. Any idea what these are?

It is difficult to see from your picture, but most likely Spirorbid worms. They are tiny and harmless. It could also be the start of coralline algae.

A better picture would help! It could be the start of coraline algae, mineral deposits, almost anything. Give us your tank parameters, how long you've had it set up, something to work with.

Besides the big toe what is your CUC? it looks like a snail on the left. What is your LS?? Can you hold your phone against the glass and take the pic again with the item in question in the center.

Water parameters have been pretty stable. I have a bit of a PO4 problem like most newb reefers but I'm working through it. I believe it's a mineral deposit as I've tried to scrub it off but no luck. I've been doing 15 gallon water changes every two weeks using red sea coral pro salt. I'm at my GFs house so exact parameters will come later. Thanks all!
