Common and VERY BENEFICIAL Bristle Worm. Probably THE MOST beneficial part of an aquarium but DON'T touch them. There's a reason they're nicknamed Fireworm.

yeah you can read all day that they are good and bad, heres the way i would determine if its good or bad. just leave the guy alone and if you have any problems blame it on the worm lol
