Assuming 4' of head an Eheim 1250 would be my choice. Not the cheapest pump but efficent and quiet.

I've used that same pump for a very similar setup. It's quiet, reliable and didn't seem to produce an excessive amount of heat. Magdrive pumps are always a cheaper option, but although they're solid pumps, I was never a really big fan.

Current Tank Info: I have a reef screen saver on my phone, does that count?

A maxi jet utility pump might get it done too.
