Is a Bubble Counter Necessary on Ca. Rx w/ Aquarium Plants Regulator?
I recently purchased a used Korallin bio-denitrator (3002 model) and the inlet assembly of course did not come with a bubble counter. I will be using the Aquarium Plants regulator on this unit. I am considering purchasing a new inlet assembly, however I don't see a need for it because I'm using the A.P. reg.
I have not used a calcium reactor before though, so I understand there may be something I'm 'missing'. Please advise. Thanks!

If you are talking about the electronic regulator, no bubble counter is needed. You should have a flashing light on it if it is the same model I had.

Thanks for the confirmation cakeman. I purchased the regulator brand new a few months ago, and I believe it has a red led on it, indicating the "bubble count".
