ID HELP PLEASE (white noodle looking stuff on LR)

Hey guys,

Just started a 10 gallon nano and its been running for a about 2 weeks. I received some LR from a friend. I didn't pay to much attention to what he was giving me and noticed this white noodle looking stuff on my LR this morning. What is it? Is it bad news? If so, How do i get rid of it?

Thanks

They show a good tank and will help with cleaning the tank.. hence the name "Live Rock"

They are good and just leave them alone... They will self control based on food in the water column.
