Need help stocking Fluval Osaka 260L

Hey, brand new to Reef Central and brand new to saltwater. I have a fluval osaka 260l. I have 70 lbs of live rock with a 3" live sand bed. Need some stocking ideas I am new to saltwater. I plan on doing a reef tank, but my light needs to be upgraded.

I currently have:
2 True Perculas
4 Turbo Snails
4 Cerith Snails
10 Assorted Hermit Crabs

Wanting:
1 Kole Yellow Eye Tang
1 Shrimp/Prawn Goby
1 Lawnmower Blenny
1 Royal Gramma

Would this be fine? Would I be able to put anything else in? If so, what else would be good? Suggestions would be good. What order should I get them in? I have been told that I should put most aggressive last.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

nice selection might go with a few small schooling fish for color also.. have to watch your rock work placement with the Shrimp/Prawn Goby pairs love to tunnel.. maybe put in egg crate then rock, sand in that order to nothing falls on them.

I was planning on just getting 1 goby. Wanted to pair it with a pistol shrimp, but someone told me that they become aggressive if they pair. Is this true? Was looking at blue/chromis or pajama cardinal. Was told that they would kill each other off once they got bigger.

As far as the tang. I read on live aquaria.com that the kole tang would be fine for a 70 gallon aquarium.

What else would be good with the type of fish I want?

I have the rock on 2" PVC pipe.

I just replied to this same thread. The tang should be fine in that aquarium. There is a thread in new to the hobby where you can post your stockign list and an expert will advise you.
