anemone stuck in my mp10 twice...help
turned the flow all the way down and it keeps getting stuck. any ideas?

Which type of anemone is it?
They like to roam until they find a spot they like which can take a few days. Perhaps try turning the powerhead off until it settles...

If an anemone is in it... LEAVE IT ON.
You never know what other tank creature or variables will make it jump and move... Much rather have it stuck to the foam guard then shredded all over the place.
