Suitable light for a pico reef tank?

Hi I am planning on a 5.5 gallon reef tank, and want strong enough light to grow hard corals. The tank dimensions are: 16x8", 9" deep
I cant find any light fixtures smaller than 16" that are suitable, any bigger than that is a waste because half of the light isn't even on the tank.
